You may not use LinkPilot to create links that distribute malware, phishing content, illegal material, or content that violates others' rights. We reserve the right to disable links or accounts that violate these policies.

3. Rate Limits & Fair Use

To prevent abuse, link creation and redirect endpoints are rate-limited. Programmatic mass creation beyond plan limits may result in temporary throttling or account review.

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of LinkPilot is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

LinkPilot is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from link destinations, click data accuracy, or service interruptions.
